After wasting time at a couple other places that barely had anything in stock, it was a relief to actually find a decent selection here. I was able to find everything easily, which shouldn’t feel like such a win, but apparently it is.

I ordered from Mountain Man Medical and ended up needing to return the item. Maybe I missed something obvious, but the return instructions didn’t feel very clear to me, and it took a while before I got a response.
Once I finally sent it back, the refund took longer than I thought it would. I had to check in more than once, that got frustrating after a while.
It’s possible other people have had smoother experiences, so maybe I just ran into bad timing or didn’t handle it perfectly. But based on my return and refund experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again...

My order did arrive and the item seems fine, but the box was beat up when it got here. It was crushed in a few spots and the tape looked kind of sloppy, so I was a little nervous opening it. I just wish the packaging felt a bit more secure so I didn’t have to worry about whether anything was damaged.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from mountainmanmedical.com: if you need to contact customer service, don’t expect an instant reply. I emailed them with a question about my order before it shipped, and it took a little longer than I would’ve liked to hear back.

That said, once they did respond, they were actually helpful. The person I dealt with was friendly, answered my questions clearly enough, and fixed a small issue with my shipping address without turning it into a whole ordeal.

Overall, I’d still say it was a good experience, but I’m giving 4 stars because the first response could’ve been quicker. If your order is time-sensitive or you need help fast, I’d definitely keep that in mind.

I ordered a few medical supplies from Mountain Man Medical and was really happy with the quality. Everything felt well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. The packaging was totally fine too. I haven’t had any issues with anything so far, so yeah, I’m happy with what I got and would really order from them again.
